Wedding Coordination Experiences

A Wedding Coordinator’s role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. This includes the logistical planning and execution of the details, such as directing vendors and helpers during set-up, ensuring the timeline runs on schedule, dealing with an issues that arise accordingly, and guiding the wedding party and guests to where they need to be when they need to be. In order to provide clients with the absolute best experience and service possible, we have included some elements of ‘wedding design’ or ‘wedding planning’ in each of our Experiences. All Experiences include access to our emergency kit for the duration of our time at your wedding.

The Essential Experience

Perfect for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional coordinator to step in during the final stages to organize the details and ensure the wedding day runs smoothly.

Investment:
$1500* for 2026 weddings
$1700* for 2027 weddings

We begin working together ~3 months prior to your wedding.

The Elevated Experience

Our most comprehensive coordination experience, designed for couples who want expert guidance throughout the planning process in addition to full wedding day coordination.

Investment:
$2100* for 2026 weddings
$2300* for 2027 weddings

Includes everything in The Essential Experience, plus:

• Additional planning meetings

• Assistance researching vendor options

• Vendor recommendations tailored to your style and budget

• Contract review support

• Guidance on wedding logistics and timeline flow

• Ongoing planning support throughout the process

• Management of up to 3 vendor bookings

We begin working together ~4-5 months prior to your wedding.

The Evening Celebration Experience

Designed for couples who want professional leadership during the most active and high-energy part of the wedding day, the reception.

Investment:
$1000* for 2026 wedding receptions
$1200* for 2027 wedding receptions

• Up to 8 hours of coordination

*for weddings and wedding receptions with a guest count of more than 120, an Assistant(s) is required. Pricing per Assistant Coordinator is listed below in “Optional Add-Ons”. The total number of coordination staff required is based on confirmed guest count.

The Social Celebration Experience

Planning support and event coordination for Manitoba wedding socials, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and cultural celebrations.

Investment:
$900 for 2026 socials
$900 for 2027 socials

Additional Coordination Hours

Assistant Coordinator

Recommended for complex setups or venues requiring multiple coordinators. Required for larger weddings.
Investment: $250 per Assistant

Passport to Paradise — Honeymoon Planning Experience

Personalized honeymoon planning including destination research, travel guidance, itinerary suggestions, and coordination support to help you begin your married life with a seamless and memorable getaway.
Investment: $750

RSVP Management

Collection and organization of guest responses, meal selections, and attendance tracking to ensure accurate final numbers for your venue and vendors.
Investment: $350
